Shipping

Finished product will ship to you via UPS Ground, or the carrier of your choice, FOB Camarillo, CA. All shipping charges are paid by the customer.

Drop Shipments

• Each selection/order is limited to four drop shipments at our standard rate. If you combine multiple selections into one shipment, each selection is considered a drop shipment. Due to extreme limited space we will combine selections when we can, but it is not guaranteed. We do not have the space to store pallets of product while waiting on another title to complete.

   If a customer finds they must ask us to ship out to additional addresses, we will accommodate the request as best we can. For each order exceeding four drops, the fifth drop and greater fees will be doubled and there may be added labor costs for more complex shipments.

  Shipping Fees Summary

  If you do not already have an established account set up with your preferred shipper, please take care of that before you place your order. Once you confirm what mode we will be shipping, loose or on a pallet, we will send you the needed shipping specifications, so that you can setup your shipment. If shipping via a truck line you will need to supply the Bill of Lading.

  Record Technology prefers to ship on your account. Upon approval, RTI will ship on our account and there will be an added 10% fee for both loose and truck shipments.

  For all loose shipping (not on a pallet) we require an outer export carton for added damage protection.  Each export carton will be an added $4.00

  Shipping(4 drop shipments maximum, any additional drops fees are double)

  Domestic drop shipment $40.00 each

  International drop shipments $70.00 each

  Per unit charge for any drop shipment is $.06 each

  Freight charges will vary from order to order. Please check with your customer service representative to find out shipping options.

  For the Fifth drop shipment or greater these charges will be doubled.

  Domestic address:     $80.00 plus $ .06 a unit

  International address: $140.00 plus  $ .06 a unit

  Any Shipment changes requested after an order is packed and ready for shipment will incur a minimum fee of $50.00. The original shipment will be charged a regular drop fee and each new address will be charged a drop fee as well, additionally this will cause a delay in shipping.

  Customer Requests for printed materials to be pulled and shipped will incur a minimum $25.00 charge.  Multiple / larger requests will have handling fees added

  There may be other situations we have not covered that your customer service representative will go over when needed.

Terms

To start your order we require full payment of your estimate. 
Upon completion of your order, all shipping charges, plus any balance due, must be paid before release.  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.Plus or minus 10% of the amount ordered will constitute a complete order. You will be billed for actual finished quantity.

We are not responsible for inactive parts, merchandise or any other property after 6 months free storage.
